Bay City Hotels

I stay in this hotel often when on business. They are still recovering from hurricane damage, so roof repair is ongoing. Still dealing with some hurricane related issues, but they are coming back. I left a brand new, hard cover book. I had a reservation for the next week, so the maid brought me my book once I got back. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place. Service was great. Parking easy and very easy to get too. Employees were all very friendly. Breakfast was good, could of had a little more things to offer.

The staff and maids are really nice and respectable, and rooms are really nice for the price. Plus very simple breakfast.

This is a very clean, quiet hotel. It seems relatively new and is very reasonably priced. The weekly rate is $395 after tax which comes out to $56/night. This is a big deal for me in hotels, the rooms DO NOT smell like mold!

An almost new Inn. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Bay City, Texas and our stay at the Scottish Inn and Suites made our trip very, very enjoyable. It is so nice to meet folks like the staff at this Inn. If you are ever planning a stay in Bay City, Texas, then I wholeheartedly recommend this Inn if you want a clean, comfortable room operated by very friendly staff at a very reasonable price! You won’t be disappointed!

Clean very well kept up. Stayed for 5 weeks and never had any issues. Very quiet hotel.

This place is new, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. I almost hate to give it a good rating because I know it will be sold out as soon as everyone else hears about it. It's across the street from a very good hospital. It's a relatively quiet part of town. The facility is very nice as most Marriot's are. Very good choice for business travelers.

This is an immaculate hotel! This is our go to hotel to stay at, when we visit the coast. From the moment you check in the offer snacks and water. The beds are wonderfully comfy. Hot breakfast in the morning. Attentive staff. What more could you ask for. The name says it all… COMFORT.

My family had a great time in Bay City this weekend and the service that we received from Amy made it just a little better! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Friendly staff, great rooms, and quiet.

I have been staying at the hotel just about very week for the last 8 to 9 yesrs. I know the owners and they really care for those that stay here. I have watched them every year working on improving their rooms and property. They have reasonable rates and friendly service. They are just completed remodeling all the rooms or most of them. I know that they are really nice, wood floors, new colors in the rooms, with all new bedding.

Andrei was very hospitable and helpful during our check in and stay! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! All staff members we encountered were helpful and very polite! I would highly recommend this hotel since the rooms were clean and the beds were just right for me!

The front desk lady Ms Linda is always friendly and welcoming both times we've stayed. She is part of the reason why we came back along with the lady that serves breakfast. That lady remembered my youngest son and asked where was he on this second trip! Andre remembered us and have great hospitality. He opened the evaluator doors and as we checked out Andre wished us safe travels!

Formally, The Cattleman's Motel, it was the place, Ted Nugent met local Hunting Guide, Bink Grimes. Now the no 1 guide in South TX. The Hotel has been totally been remodeled. A breakfast bar is added. Totally enclosed security fence installed. L highly recommend this place.

Well you know the saying you get what you pay for lol. It was nice tho clean rooms, nice tv, bed was really soft. I stay here agan if I had to.

Friendly staff, clean lobby, nice big rooms and have the best breakfast tacos in the morning. Plus weekly a food truck is on location.

Very nice staff, their breakfast is VERY DELICIOUS! Rates were affordable, spacious rooms, awesome pool, and oh I can’t forget their fitness center (you gotta check it out). I love best western!

Hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed in and we travel a lot! We recently stayed at this hotel for a little over 3 months because my husband was stationed near Bay City for his job. The staff there was absolutely amazing, very friendly, and more than accommodating. Management wasn't that great and went thru a change while we were there but poor management didn't keep the staff from caring and doing their jobs diligently.

Nice staff and the same amenities you see familiar with already from a Hampton Inn. One thing I did appreciate was that they had multiple manager's receptions during my week stay offering complementary food and drinks around the dinner time.

Nice hotel with accommodating staff. Breakfast was hot and good, except for the ham mixed in the scrambled eggs. I asked the breakfast attendant to make a small batch of plain eggs but she refused. I am happy there were a lot of other choices.
