From start to finish, organising the booking and booking the spa treatments, they were very helpfulWe were met on arrival, shown the amenities and accommodation. Everything was explained, our accommodation was excellent, it had everything you needed and very clean. Sauna, Hot Tub and pool was clean and great. Spa was Amazing! The two lovely ladies were excellent at there job, very pleasant and professional, they even supplied me with a fan for my bedroom.
We booked all 3 cottages for a spa break and from start to finish it was amazing. Large clean cottages, great facilities and mainly the people. Richard the owner responded to emails quickly with our pre arrival requests, the meal and cocktail making on site were brilliant and Sue & Jo in the spa are the loveliest people and the treatments were out of this world. Thank you Treetops, we will get back without a doubt.
