Rusacks wrote the book on service and attention to detail. I booked my room online and mentioned it was for a special occasion. When I arrived they accommodated an early check in, they gave me a room greater than what I paid for and included a chilled bottle bubbly. Staff is very well trained in the art of service. Beast hotel stay I have ever had!

First time at the hotel and generally we were very happy with our accommodation. Our biggest negative was the low water pressure in the room which meant that taps and shower were less than great. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is within easy reach of major points of interest.

The front has been renovated to quite a good standard. Only snack food available. Would have to go to back restaurant for main food. Wine comes in a small individual bottle and cocktails looked quite pricey.

Second visit — still a good value for money hotel. However, despite some recent renovations, is in desperate need of a full makeover. The corridor outside my room had extremely bad damp areas and there was a bad chemical type smell in that corridor. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the service was a little slow in the restaurant this time.

Lovely bit of the world and Crusoe is a really nice place to eat & drink. Managed a large table of 16 with little fuss and good food. Good sized beer gardens outside and even put football on in the downstairs bar.
Would recommend a drink in the first floor snug on a sunny evening, the views from the windows are amazing.

We all had a lovely day & were taken care of greatly by both staff members. Spa was so relaxing & would highly recommend it. Followed on by our massage treatment which the girls done an amazing job. Left feeling refreshed & fininsh off with a delightfuly tasty lunch. Cant wait for the next one.

My husband and I both had a back massage which was excellent … in their tranquil spa … staff were very welcoming and friendly… then we went to the restaurant for lunch… it was delicious. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Edenside House. Louise was very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us to check into our room early. The room was bright and clean, and the views of the estuary were beautiful, particularly at sunset. Edenside House is a quick bus or taxi ride into town, and if the weather is nice I would recommend walking into town via the local golf courses. I would 100% recommend Edenside House!

We spent two very good nights at Edenside House. Communication was excellent before our arrival and our hostess was pleasant. Breakfast was provided in the room (covid measure) and was hearty enough. There is even a walk to take along the water behind the accommodations. I would recommend this lovely place. Aurélia et Guillaume.

The team were really friendly and helpful and that makes all the difference.
So good to have a good local restaurant, so we will be back for sure. Well worth a visit.

Meldrums has recently reopened under new ownership and has been refurbished to a very high standard. The welcome was warm and friendly and the restaurant has a nice ambience.
The menu has a range of dishes to suit all tastes. The four of us all chose a different dish all of which were very tasty and well presented.
Both the food and the wine are reasonably priced but £3.95 for a cup of coffee is rather steep.

Fantastic meal tonight first visit won't be the last want to try out the whole menu.

We were 3 adults and a 3yr old. The staff were happy to cater for the young one and make a meal that wasn't on the menu but was a mix and match of other dishes. The 3 adults all had the steak pie… can't go wrong with that as it was ace :-) Never had any issues with the food whenever we have visited.

Very cozy rooms with beautiful view of the sea. Perfect service. We even got a full English breakfast in vegetarian version! There is also a nice shop with local hand-made products.

A First Class B&B with stunning views overlooking the Firth of Forth with views of Edinburgh and East Lothian Our room was bright and beds very comfortable breakfast was 1st Class we thoroughly enjoy our stay Hosts Linda & Duncan were excellent made us very welcome indeed.

I've had a lovely year staying at East Shore! The accommodation is of a really high quality and the views are unrivaled. It took just seconds to walk to the sea and I had a beautiful view from my room. The on-site staff were great and made the year really comfortable, they were happy to help with anything and always stopped for a chat.

Scott made our golf trip truly memorable. His knowledge of the area, the courses and evening dining suggestions were spot on! The breakfast was perfect, whether a hearty traditional Scottish breakfast or my favourite eggs and smoked salmon. And Scott is just a nice person to talk to as you start out on your daily adventures!

We stayed there as a group of four in 2022. We are going back as a group of eight in three weeks. Amazing service, terrific breakfasts and the location is incredible; you are standing at the 18th green of the old course in less than five minutes.

From the hospitality shown us at the moment we walked through the door, to the wonderful staff and cooks that prepared our meals and introduced us to some of the finest dining I could hope to enjoy on our trip here. Wife and I were there from 4 April to 15 April. Everyone was simply wonderful. Our room was amazing. The wait staff was very friendly and personable. All of the staff had the time to stop what they were doing and talk for a few minutes. The meals were wonderful. This will definitely be our destination next time we come to Scotland.

Comfortable and helpful staff very good price.

Just had a short 3 night break in rosyth, staying at Elderlea guest house. Great place to stay in a quiet relaxing environment. The owners are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. I can highly recommend.

Stayed on Friday night. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and fresh. I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time — very comfortable bed and crisp, good quality bedding. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I recently stayed in a 4* hotel and was less pleased with the room and fixtures and fittings. Well done. Keep up the good work!

Always had good food and is reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
