➜ The staff does not speak 1 word of English, total misunderstanding. We asked for a non smoking room and we found stuck to the smoking area with a cigarette smell in the room. Disgusting breakfast. Very noisy hotel (housekeepers who make noise early in the morning in the hallway and adjoining rooms, which knock at the door from 8:00 a. M. Music to the bottom). Had no hot water for 2 days. In the evening we asked if we could rent a scooter the next day, we were told OK. The next morning we ask for the end of the morning we are told OK too. We're going down around 11:00 and there's no scooter. Being woken up for two days by the housekeepers, one asks not to be disturbed the next morning (a translation is shown in Vietnamese). The next morning, the phone rings at 7:00. Flee this hotel.
The hotel is new and beautiful. Prices is ok and include breakfast in the morning on 1st floor.
