Relaxing stay at the Prince Monceau that I was recommended and I appreciate very well whether it is the reception service or the proximity to the center of Paris. Bedding — irreproachable cleanliness.

Very good welcome by all staff, smart location and sweet room and also the main element… the air conditioner :)

I chose this hotel because it is close to Paris and 10 minutes away from the defense. As for my two nights spent, the reception at first is okay. The room when it is small, do not expect a 20 sqm. The shower toilet set is clean. Breakfast is minimalist I regret having paid 12 for it. As for the soundproofing it is non-existent we hear the comings and goings once the TV is off.

Nice Hotel and clean but breakfast is not very good and certainly not a true parisienne one.

This was my wife and I first visit to Paris and we had to choose this place. Looks great from the outside but unfortunately that's all. Room was small and could have been a bit cleaner. We were only there for a long weekend so we didn't make a fuss. We were out all day sightseeing so it was only a place to sleep. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Good location but the furniture needs to be changed. It is worn out and does not respond to a 3 star hotel. We nevertheless note 3 stars here to give dynamism and motivation as to improve a little this hotel which remains in the overall positive.

Hotel is well located in a quiet neighborhood and very chic for Paris, well decorated room and clean. Staff very (very) friendly and listening to customers. Only downside: customers, who do not comply with all of the smoking ban in the rooms (but the staff is efficient to limit this problem).

There was no TV the case was stolen and no air conditioning either, all night I suffocated from the heat of the room and when I asked that we face a commercial gesture and apologies given that the service offered was not at the appointment I was laughed In the nose.
I do not recommend it at all!
Very haughty, remember that we are "customers" who bring you money.
I don't advise!

Nice clean hotel… better than the average bear.

Very poor facilities. Broken shower, a large gap between window and the frame, paint peeling off, noise from the lift and the other rooms as it looked like I was sharing the room! My booking was cancelled and I had to pay extra to get the room. Their excuse was invalid credit card but it proved to be their card reader as they couldn't process any of the 3 cards I gave them and I had to get cash from one of those cards to pay them. Avoid them to save yourself the hassle.

If you have a sense of humor and you fall on the same night watchman as we go there. Very incredible and not at all professional. Ask for an extra pillow as there is only one in the room (and nothing in the cupboard if this is a dusty blanket. )
After a first call where the Watchman answers my mouth full a little embarrassed because "we did not tell him where they were stowed", I wait more 30mn (where he was supposed to remind me) and nothing. My companion recalls and there panics on board because he had forgotten my pillow. He's going to pick up and call back. A quarter of an hour later, finally we come down and he ended up finding a pillow but without pillowcase! In the bathroom there is only one bath towel…
Fortunately the next morning, particular receptionist but very friendly and helpful.
In summary if you are not looking and want to laugh go there, if not tightening guaranteed because not professional at all and breakfast not terrible at all neighborhood nice and convenient.

I chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to my workplace when traveling professionally. I have to say that the value for money is excellent, and the staff friendly and attentive to you. Less than 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and located in a very quiet street. This is a good address certainly!

Nice hotel in the centre of Paris, bright and well-appointed reception hall, staff always smiling and at our disposal, well appreciated by the way; I was given a courtyard side room as desired, I had a good stay.

We went on a friend's recommendations, for its calmness and cleanliness, hotel not far from the Champs-Elysées, the bedding is top and the Wi-Fi connection very efficient.

Staff friendly and discreet, we had a nice room, very clean and nicely decorated, we had the opportunity to taste the breakfast buffet in its vaulted room, very nice.

Very bad experience very bad customer service overcharge I booked this hotel thru booking and when you see the picture you think that is a good hotel but it is not never go there.

We slept very well at Prince monceau, being a loyal customer, we decided to publish our Appreciation. The setting is warm and nicely decorated, staff very discreet and attentive, we have just stayed here also as the location allows us to easily access the champs-Elysées with the bus 31

I booked this hotel via Booking thinking about doing a good business. Finally I'm on it. After 11 hours drive to get there, I hope a warm welcome unfortunately its a was quite different, the receptionist was cold, my asked to sign, indicate where was the room and then Basta. The room was small, the shower did not talk about it. The shower head was broken and the shower is flooded after each passage of the has its narrowness. The room was "dirty", there were hairs on the sheets. The mirrors not clean, crumbs on the carpet, the suction device that is located below the TV was dirty and covered with HAIR. I obviously ask for it to be done, I assure the next day that it had been done. Then nothing! Just the RedOne Bed. It is said that the rooms sound insonnorisé, that lying, my room was a side of the elevator and I heard everything, especially a woman in full sexual ebat with her spouse. The room give on a small courrette with a large scaffolding, so the view wake up, not top at All.
In addition to this, for a 3 star, it is forbidden to eat in the room, under penalty of receiving "a fine" of 40 euros.
Basically this hotel rated 3 stars, deserves only 1 and still I'm Nice.
The only positive thing is the receptionist, black skin (i don't know his first Name) who was super nice to Me. Besides this is the only one that is nice and welcoming, in this cold hotel. And the location, in the 17th.
In short I do not recommend this hotel.

I liked the breakfast room with various choices!

Awful hotel. First time in Paris with my boyfriend and we had to move to another hotel after no success in finding a half decent room. Walls are paper thin, our view was a scaffolding attached to the building, the shower room was so small you were practically showering over the toilet and we didn't even get proper adult sized towels. Mould on the toilet, dust, not clean. Scuff marks on the walls too. People opposite our room were making so much noise they didn't do anything about it and there was a strong smell of cannabis coming from the lobby. Shocking attitude when we complained and were given another room which was slightly bigger but still a mess — place is definitely not recently renovated as it states on their website. There is no Wi-Fi and pictures are deceiving. Pick somewhere else to stay!

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was tiny and dirty with a view of scaffolding. One tiny cupboard used as a bathroom with a broken shower literally right next to the toilet with no towels. Room right next to lift and doors and walls that thin you can hear everyone's conversation, making it impossible to sleep, add to that a broken air conditioning unit and poor plumbing don't count on getting any sleep. Stayed one night, meant to be three — after 1st night booked another hotel. Truly truly awful hotel, they must've given themselves the 3 stars because I wouldn't have given them 1!

The location isn't in a bad area, but it is a little bit of a distance from the more popular areas. I only stayed one night, so it was fine for that. I did have to pay for the Wi-Fi though, which I find a little irritating, but other than that it was nice enough.

We got a taxi from the airport but the driver found it almost impossible to find the hotel so we were left driving around for a long time. The entrance to the hotel was lovely but we were greeted by rude staff. The staircases are all spiral and were very narrow and there wasn't a lift so you are left to carry your own luggage up to your room. The rooms are nothing like the images, they are old and manky. The cleanliness of the hotel is poor and so is the service. We booked a double room but got 2 single beds pushed together. Location was poor as there wasn't many places to eat nearby but it was pretty easy to find a main road with restaurants closer to the Arc De Triomphe so therefore more expensive. The shower leaked and the room was generally cold, the walls are very thin between rooms and poorly positioned. Do not stay here.

The place was really small and old. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't sit on the toilet! The internet service was not free. Parking cost 17 euro per day. The staff spoke a little bit English.
