Very nice, new facility. Big screen TV in the room and conveniently has a fridge and microwave also. Had a very comfortable stay.

Excellent facility in every way. Comfortable rooms, tv, wireless, good shower. Full breakfast is outstanding. Plenty of parking and exceptional attention to details by a professional staff. Central location in the Berkshires and no more than 30 minutes to any location.

This is a top-notch property people make you feel right at home like you’re part of the family. Beautiful property the pool is wonderful refreshing recommended for a week stay.

Very nice hotel. Maybe not the newest but staff is friendly and location is great, it allows you to move around in he Berkshires very easily. Outside Great Barrington but you can easily get to Lenox.

As a longtime Marriott rewards customer I am sorry to say that this location has the worst housekeeping service. In our 3rd day, bathroom sink not cleaned once, bathroom floor not cleaned, sheets not changed, and pillowcases not changed. One more night and I can assure you I will not stay at this location ever again. Note the complaint on dirty bathroom brought to front desk manager on our 2nd day, guess he was not able to get corrected. I used the Marriott Chat function on the app 1 hour ago to see if someone in management would respond — nothing! On the plus side, breakfast accommodations were fine, nothing fancy, but ok. Staff is pleasant also.

My stay at this hotel was great. The staff was fantastic, rooms were immaculate. The reason it wasn't given 5 stars is no fault of the individual hotel. Something happened in the computer system and I was charged for an extra room when it was never given one. I am currently in the process of getting this amended but it is a pain.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us out a lot, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Would recommend the hotel to anyone, and if you have any questions, the reception staff are happy to help.

Location is excellent on main road and set back a little for quiet environment, super clean room, spacious room, really nice bathroom, fantastic mattress for fabulous nights sleep. Hotel is super clean and looks brand new. AC was awesome, plenty of parking. Highly recommend the place. Staff very nice. I give this place 5 stars. Will return for sure.

The hotel is clean, regularly renovated, well staffed, and in a great location. I stay here a couple of times a year, and I always find it a pleasing experience, especially compared to the other options in the immediate area. The one downside is that, even accounting for the popular area it's in, the pricing seems a bit out of whack. The per night in 2-3x higher than most small town Fairfields, and about 20-30% higher than I would expect in popular vacation spot Fairfields.

Been here a few times and it’s always very clean and professional. Staff is very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The pool and fitness room are also very clean and his hotel is close to town and all the good restaurants in down. Definitely recommend!

Associates were excellent, very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining in the area. Walls very thin, and floors a bit creaky, not sure if this is a concrete foundation and flooring. Compared to looks of other hotels, despite thin walls, I would stay here again. Again, employees were very friendly and approachable.

I stayed overnight here while traveling for work. Ample well it parking. The staff we're amazingly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly except that female front desk receptionist. We used the same credit card checked in two rooms. When I check out myself she said it didn't go through, had to swipe the credit card again. I was surprised, because other hotels NEVER asked the credit card when you check out. I said the other lady has the credit card, and I would check out later with them together. Later my friend checked out and came out with no problem. In fact, she just left the card on the desk, the receptionist didn't even care. I went inside again to check out. After little bit, she said all set. Isn't that interesting. She just like to talk with that fake smile on her face, but in fact deliberately put obstacles in my way. The receptionist is the face of the hotel and shouldn't make it personal. Especially I was nice, and nothing was going on.

Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Loved the pool hot tub and free breakfast. Great for families. I would definitely return.

Great staff! Everyone went out of their way to make my stay special. I really felt a warm welcome. More than one staff member went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met, all the while with a friendly demeanor. Definitely somewhere to re-visit upon returning!

Staff was nice and attentive. When we got to our room the fridge hadn't been cleaned out from the guests. The bed was clean but very incomfortable. Water pressure in the shower was bad. Breakfast was very good and kept well stocked.

Last minute surge pricing ($350 with taxes), made this a poor value. The hotel was perfectly fine at its usual rate of about $150. The staff was super nice, the free breakfast was good, and it was very clean. However, our thermostat was broken, the beds weren't that great, small TV with few channels, had to move coffee maker to a working outlet — no problem that couldn't be solved, but for $300+ you can find much nicer accommodations. For $150 a night, it's perfectly fine.

Front desk staff, Lily immediately makes you feel welcomed and at home when u step inside. She is efficient & prompt in getting you checked in & fill you in on all the details. Rooms are neat, sheets are clean and bathroom is nice smelling, no odour. Complimentary breakfast is a definite plus and best part is that coffee/tea is available throughout the whole day. Check out the warm swim pool. Gym is a tad bit too small tho. Definitely worth a stay here.

Hotel is clean and has a great at attentive staff. Excellent price based on the amenities compared to all the Motels in the area. Breakfast was extensive and ok served on paper plates and plastic forks, not like you are eating at a JW Marriott Hotel.

We went skiing at Ski Butternut right near the hotel. It was great to start a day of skiing with an excellent breakfast. We loved the wide range of coffee and tea served all day. The service was excellent and the rooms were exceptional. There was an extra couch in our room and the beds were perfect after a long day. The rooms could use some more soundproof walls and a bigger tv. Other than that, the value of this hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at!

A Clean newer hotel with a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast area was also nicer than average.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and relatively new, pool and hot tub were great for our family and very clean. Had a shallow end that allowed our 5 year old to stand up, which is not always the case. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful. Only drawback is no bar or restaurant in the hotel and the complimentary breakfast is served on cardboard plates with plastic cutlery.

Good rooms. Stand up shower only no tubs. Also no smart tvs so you can't watch stuff off of flash drives. Also the pool n hot tub close at 10pm. Breakfast is pretty good and free.

Lots on impact noise from above. Loud talking from adjacent rooms was also a problem that we encountered. Thr staff was lovely and the facilities were good.

Nice clean place, but over priced because of the area. Pool closes too early, and no nice outdoor pool. Prefer Vacation Village in Hancick.

Our home away from NYC. My kids call this modest hotel as their favorite, and they've stayed at some swanky joints. Super nice staff, very kid friendly. Perfect location off of the main street of GB. Comfortable, clean, well maintained and reasonably priced rooms and suites. We love the this place.

I can't say enough about the staff. They were attentive, friendly and calm when the guests were at their worst. Kids ransacked the hot chocolate bar and left it in a complete mess, while their parents stood by and watched. I witnessed adults elbowing others out of the way on the breakfast line as if there was only enough food for the first 10 people or something. Kids spilled drinks and dropped food while parents looked the other way and left it to the help to clean up. I guess when they go away their manners take a holiday too. All the while the staff kept smiles on their faces, a friendly attitude and continued to bring more food and drink. The pool and night time movies were great for the kids and, of course, having 2 ski mountains in very close proximity was a huge plue. We've been back here a few times already and will continue to come back. In spite of the poorly behaved clientele.

(4 years ago) I was set up here as part of a free trip to check out a time-share for a nearby resort. The accommodations were very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast is really great. If you're in the area and need a place to stay I would definitely recommend this place. We had a great experience.

We have stayed here several times. The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean and helpful. The food is good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, clean rooms. Lobby was new as was the hotel it seemed and the staff was all very pleasant. Cute if not small arcade area and very nice pool & hot tub. They could upgrade the disposable plates for breakfast.

Incredibly comfortable, staff was great, and the breakfast was awesome. I love staying here.
