We stayed and were made to feel so welcome. We were looked after and the rooms were absolutely accommodating.
The Staff were so friendly. I would definitely recommend this motel to stay in.

Very clean, spaciouse, and relaxing for what you pay for. Service is top notch and great host.

Lynn and Ross are friendly, helpful hosts. My bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the luxury of quality linen and the lovely home. I was grateful to hold my Access Bars Class in the lounge which provided comfort and ease for the participants and myself. Thank you so much Lynn and Ross.

Lynette is a most wonderful host and very accommodating to the different starting times in the day for our group of 7. Breakfast is always a real treat with home made baking and other treats. We had a 3 year old with us and the children's park nearby is really good. The beach offers safe swimming and lots of opportunities for walking. The house is comfortable and rooms well presented. Lynette is always available to assist with recommendations and directions. Great B&B.

Absolutely great! Great stuff, great communication, great accommodation, pool, Easter egg hunt, movies… everything :) Will Def be back if they'll have us :) we went fishing and had a fishing comp too.

Just come home from a girls weekend staying at this amazing place. Debbie is an amazing host and so helpful. Rooms were so clean and tidy, the view from the upstairs unit is spectacular and it is so close to everything you need. I can’t wait to take my family there to stay. I know they would love it just like I did!

Recently stayed here for one night and we found it to be very pleasant. No lift so needed to carry our bag up the stairs but this wasn’t too much of an issue. Rooms were very well appointed and comfy bed and pillows. In room espresso machine. We were warned that there would be an event downstairs with music until about 10pm. It was also convenient to eat dinner in the restaurant downstairs. Would recommend to travellers passing through this area.

I usually prefer Airbnb bc hotels can feel sterile, but this “boutique” hotel exceeded my expectations… cute decor maintaining the charm of the old building, great service, comfy bed, and beautiful bar/restaurant downstairs…. Would definitely stay here again!

Midway hotel is nice and quiet awesome rooms. Great place to stay.

This was a lovely room lovely and clean the only thing wrong with it was that the garden chair and table was in need of a deep clean other than that it was lovely and staff were lovely and friendly.

Was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge with a lovely little patio area. Couldn't hear anyone else in the house except when they checked out (our room was close to the door). The gentleman who runs it was very friendly and helpful. Had the heatpump going just before we were due to arrive so it was warm and cozy when we got there. Only thing I didn't like was the shower head keep turning 🤣 but the water pressure was fantastic and even had massage setting.

After a rocky start to a 4 night stay in Rotorua by ending up at an awful hotel, we had to quickly book somewhere for the remainder of our trip. What a blessing to discover this lovely B&B and at such a great price. The room we stayed in had been refurbished and was very clean and tidy. Great little breakfast included, which was a lovely way to start each morning and Trevor was a great host. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rotorua. Thanks Trevor and Rose!

Stay for the glow worm experience and Tim’s fantastic knowledge of local flora & fauna. Ideally suited for nature lovers looking for a memorable experience.

Tim and Debbie are great host and their hospitality is unparalleled. The glow worm walk is awesome and unique as it allows you to see them very close! Also, Tim is a great guide and very knowledgeable. The property is very peaceful and the kids enjoyed the sheep, goats, ducks and more. A true hidden gem!

Great backpackers in an awesome location! The staff were all wonderful and super chatty + friendly. Really nice social atmosphere, and easy to meet people. Room was kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. All in all I had a wonderful time here. :)

Lovely place. Come here for the best boards. Huge selection. She even has surf cams on the go!

Staff are lovely, the view of our room was beautiful! Got a decent view of the ocean, it's close enough to the mount without being noisy.

Very nice just dident know where to leave key, when leaving early in morning, hoping to be able to stay again.

This B&B is everything and more that I could've asked for. The amazing hosts Bob and Marion are so welcoming and insist on making your stay absolutely comfortable to the point it was sad to leave. The whole house and rooms are modern, comfortable and immaculate and priced very reasonably. Further to this review, I will certainly be returning to this B&B in the near future.
